Terms of Service & Commercial Conditions
1. Legal Identification & Framework
This digital platform, its associated brand assets, and its regional fulfillment systems are owned and operated exclusively by Loads o' Laundry Networks Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian enterprise. All corporate transactions, supplier applications, subscriber agreements, and contractor registrations are strictly governed by the federal laws of Canada and the provincial regulations of Ontario.
2. Platform & Capacity Limitations
Loads o' Laundry Networks Inc. operates as a centralized marketplace logistics engine connecting independent service providers with consumer demand. The corporation reserves the absolute right to limit, restrict, pause, or suspend customer account creations, client onboarding sequences, and regional fulfillment route allocations without prior notice. This structural capping is utilized to maintain network velocity, balance localized capacity parameters, and ensure processing quality control.
3. Independent Contractor Framework & Tax Responsibilities
All regional service operators, drivers, and processors utilizing this platform operate strictly as independent subcontractors and not as employees, partners, or joint-venture agents of the corporation.
Taxation & GST/HST: Independent contractors maintain 100% sole responsibility for logging, calculating, reporting, and paying their own provincial and federal income taxes, Canada Pension Plan (CPP) contributions, and personal GST/HST business accounts to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Loads o' Laundry Networks Inc. will issue no T4 tax summaries and handles zero source deductions.
Operational Overhead Costs: Contractors are entirely responsible for all financial costs associated with their service provisioning. This includes personal vehicle upkeep, fuel, commercial auto and property insurance, smartphone data plans, equipment maintenance (washers/dryers), and utilities.
4. Liability Exemptions & Asset Protection
Loads o' Laundry Networks Inc. functions solely as an intermediary scheduling and administrative conduit.
Vehicle & Driving Liability: Any vehicular accidents, property damage, traffic violations, or personal injury sustained by an independent contractor during route logistics, pickup, or delivery are the exclusive legal and financial liability of the contractor.
Garment Care & Processing Claims: Independent contractors are independently liable for the textile assets in their care. Any instances of lost items, shrinkage, color bleeding, or fabric tearing that occur during transit or processing are the direct financial responsibility of the specific contractor handling that account node.
5. Inventory & Catalog Conditions
Wholesale dimensions, pricing metrics, item images, and general consumer household descriptions listed across the public Shop Catalog are subject to immediate adjustment based on global product supply chains, shipping delays, and distributor allocation constraints. General public checkout processing may be restricted to preserve internal contractor supply inventory levels.
